Item With Serial Number or Lot number

Franchise functions support Retail Items that have a serial number or a lot number set up with the Item Tracking functionality. Messages for such an item create a line per serial number or lot number similar to the variant item.

You can view serial numbers for items in the Inbound and Outbound messages:

1. Click the icon, enter Franchise Inbound Buffer Header List or Franchise Outbound Buffer Header List, and select the relevant link.
2. Select the message.
3. Locate the message lines, and click the Line action, and then click the Show Serial Nos./Lot Nos. action.
