Franchisee Returns Goods to the Franchiser

When the Franchisee wants to return goods to the Franchiser, the Franchisee must create a Purchase Return Order and send it to the Franchiser.

The process for a Purchase Return Order is similar to the process for a Purchase Order, except that the Franchiser works with a Retail Sales Return Order instead of a Retail Sales Order.
