icon, enter Franchise Setup, and select the relevant link.

| Franchiser-Franchisee Partner Code | A 10-digit alphanumeric input field. Every Franchiser or Franchisee is identified by this code. Tip: It is a good idea to create the code with reference to the company name, for example CRONUS for Franchiser name and WINTERCL (winter clothes) for the Franchisee name. |
| No. of Retries before Error | Input field, integer data. The value in this field specifies how many times the user can attempt to create the inbound message before the message gets an Error status. |
| Default Dimension Process | A drop-down list. Available options are:

| Single Shipment | Specifies the default setup for creating a new Franchise Partner. A confirmation message appears asking if all Franchise Partners should be updated according to the new setup. |
Note: If Dimensions are used, we recommend that the Franchiser and Franchisee have the same Dimension values for Franchise Items.
Outbound Messages FastTab
- Last Item Register Processed - the system updates this field automatically, and in normal circumstances you should not update it manually. The Item Register number is the last Item Register number for the outbound messages.
