Franchise History operates with two lists, the Archived Franchise Inbound Buffer List, and the Archived Franchise Inbound Buffer List.

icon, enter the list names, and select the relevant link.
Archived Franchise Inbound Buffer List
All messages that have been processed and finished in the Franchise Inbound Buffer Header List are moved to the Archived Franchise Inbound Buffer List and stored there.
You can search there for processed messages and drill down for more information about the selected message.
Archived Franchise Outbound Buffer List
All messages that have been processed and finished in the Franchise Outbound Buffer Header List are moved to the Archived Franchise Outbound Buffer List and stored there.
You can search there for processed messages and drill down for more information about the selected message.
Tip: Working with Archived Franchise Inbound and Outbound messages is very similar to working with Franchise Inbound and Outbound Buffer Header List messages.
