How to: Set Up Customer Order Change Permissions

In order to let users change Customer Orders in the POS, you must set up change permissions in the Back Office:

  1. Click the icon, enter Customer Order Permissions Status Setup, and select the relevant link.
  2. In the Code field, define one or more user codes of your choice. Mark each code with one or more of the following:

    • Insert
    • Modify
    • Delete

  1. Click the icon, enter Customer Order Change Permissions, and select the relevant link.
  2. Click the Add Field action to add fields the user should be able change when editing an order.
