How to: Find a Customer Order on the POS

To find an order through the Customer Order list on the POS

1. Press the Customer Orders button to display the order list.
2. The list panel will open up in a To pick state.
3. Press the Find Order button.
4. Enter the search criteria in the predefined fields.
5. Press OK to get a list of the orders that match the criteria.

Note: This search lists all active Customer Orders in the system, not only the once to be processed in current Store. From here you can for example deposit a payment to an order.
