How to: Edit Customer Order via the POS
To edit an order through the Customer Order list in the POS:
- Press the Customer Order button to display the order list.
- On the list panel, select the order you wish to edit.
Tip: You can also use the Find order button to search for orders. - Press View after selecting the order.
- In the View panel, you can change the Name and Address, and then press Update name/address. This updates the order in Back Office.
You can also press the Edit order button to make other changes to the order:
- In the Main panel, you can add items, void items, lower quantity, and change the price.
After changing the order, press the Total button and follow the normal process, like when you create a new Customer Order.
Note: You can always press the Void All button to cancel the edit process. All changes will be reverted.
