Attributes on Customers

Customers can have attributes.

Attributes on customers can be used for data analysis.

To link attributes to a customer

  1. Open the Retail Customer Card.
  2. Click the Related action, and then click Customer - Attributes to see the attributes.
  3. Click Refresh Autom. Linked Attributes to link to the customer attributes with Automatic Linking.
  4. If necessary (manual attributes linked to customers exist), click Link Attribute and select the attribute you want to link to the customer from the attribute list (all attributes that have Attribute Linking set up for customers or this customer specifically).
  5. Also, if an attribute allows more than one instance, you can add more instances of the attribute by clicking Link Attribute.

Note: You can also simultaneously link an attribute to multiple customers and assign attribute values for each customer from the Attribute Values page.
