For all prescriptions other than e-prescriptions, including Incoming Orders, processing starts on the Customer Service page. You must define the original format of the prescription by selecting one of the five available options:
- Paper
- Phone
- e-Prescriptions
- Fax
- Emergency
Note: The type e-Prescription cannot be used as an original format.
