Kitchen Screen

A Kitchen Screen is a collection of kitchen stations displayed in one screen. The stations are organized in a grid of columns and rows.
To work with kitchen screens, navigate to the Kitchen Screen Card.
In the General FastTab, enter the ID and Description of the screen, and then define the number of columns and rows you need for the grid where you will place your stations. The rows and columns are equally high and wide, but if you want your stations to have various sizes, you can increase the number of rows and columns, and then use the Row Span or Column Span fields in the Kitchen Stations FastTab to control the height and width of the station. See Example below.
Kitchen Station List
Fields | Description |
---|---|
Station ID | Select a station to add to the screen. |
Description | Displays the description of the selected station. This field cannot be edited. |
Column No. | Enter the number of the screen column where the station should appear. This number should be an integer between 1 and the number of columns in the screen. |
Column Span | Enter how many columns the station should span. |
Row No. | Enter the number of the screen row where the station should appear. This number should be an integer between 1 and the number of rows in the screen. |
Row Span | Enter how many rows the station should span. |
