How to: Use Cross-Selling in the Self-Service Kiosk
In this article
To assign cross-selling to the checkout process
You can set up cross-selling in the Self-Service Kiosk to enhance the customer's shopping experience and increase sales. You can assign cross-selling infocodes to items and also to the checkout process in the Self-Service Kiosk.
Cross-selling infocodes include a list of items that the user can select from. You can also group cross-selling infocodes together in a cross-selling group, and assign those to items and the checkout process.
Note: The items that are selected from a cross-selling infocode that is assigned to an item in the Self-Service Kiosk, are not linked to the triggering item (the parent item). They appear as individual items in the transaction.
See Cross-selling for information on how to create cross-selling infocodes, assign them to items, retail product groups, and item categories, and how to control their pricing.
