To set up a manager POS Panel to be opened in a self service kiosk
To be able to print x and z reports on a self service kiosk terminal and return transactions, you need to set up a manager POS panel for the kiosk. The panel can only be opened by a manager by triple clicking the upper right corner of the self service kiosk screen (a hidden button) and logging in to the Logon panel that appears.
To open a manager POS Panel from a self service kiosk
- On the opening screen of the self service kiosk terminal, triple click the top right corner of the screen. The Logon panel appears.
- Enter a manager ID and password and select OK.
The manager POS sales panel opens up in New Transaction mode.
Here you can
- Print X and Z reports.
- Search in the Transaction list for a transaction you need to return.
- Enable or disable the self service kiosk terminal.
- View the opening hours for the terminal.
Note: The Manager panel button works even though the kiosk has been disabled.
To set up a manager POS Panel to be opened in a self service kiosk
- Click the
icon, enter Self-Service Kiosk Profiles, and select the relevant link.
- In the Self-Service Kiosk Profile Card, in the Manager Menu Profile ID field, select the desired POS menu profile.
- In the Manager Interface Profile ID field, select the desired POS interface profile.

The demo data contains the #EASYPOS menu profile.
The menu profile includes necessary menus, among them the EASYPOSSTART menu that consists of these lines:

The demo data contains the #EASYPOS interface profile.
It includes the following panels:
