Setting Up Comment Priority

Comments have a priority that controls the font style of the comments, making it possible to highlight important comments. Comment categories also have a comment priority. You can at any time change the priority of a comment.

To set up font style mapping

In order to select a font style for comment priority, you need to set up font style mapping. Here the standard page styles are mapped to POS fonts. Each priority is then assigned a font style that is used both in pages and in the POS for comments.

  1. Click the icon, enter Font Style Mapping, and select the relevant link.
  2. Click the Insert Font Style Options action. The program inserts the available font styles.
  3. In the POS Font field for each style you will be using, select a POS font that reflects the style font.

To set up comment priority

  1. Click the icon, enter Comment Priorities, and select the relevant link.
  2. On a new line, in the Priority field, enter 1. This priority has the highest importance (the lowest number).
  3. In the Priority Description field, enter text to describe the priority.
  4. In the Default Priority column, select the check box if this is the default priority for new comments. Only one priority can be default.

Note: If a comment is registered with a comment category, the priority assigned to the comment category will be assigned to the comment as default.

  5. In the Font Style Text field, select the font style you want to use for the priority.
  6. Repeat for the rest of the priorities you want to have for comments.

Note: If you do not create any comment priorities, the program creates one priority automatically.

You can change the font styles of priorities at any time. The changes will be reflected immediately in the Comments pages and POS comment objects.
