Push Notifications

eCommerce for LS Central supports push notification for kitchen order status. Once an order has been placed, the user gets notifications about the order. This works with the classic Magento interface as well as with PWA applications.

You can configure push notifications from a Webhooks configuration, see Webhooks Configuration.

eCommerce uses OneSignal for push notification service. For more information see OneSignal Documentation.

After configuration, a subscription message pops up on your website:

You must accept and allow the notification:

A confirmation of the subscription is displayed.

Once you place the order and the order is sent to the kitchen, you get notification about the kitchen status.
