Market segments are used to select or categorize contacts that you want to target with a campaign according to specific criteria. The criteria can vary, based on your business relationship with the contacts or based on which industry the contacts belong to.
To create a Market Segment
- From the top navigation menu in the Hotel Back Office role center, click Hotel Setup to display the Navigation bar.
- From the Navigation bar, click Market Segment.
- Click the New action, and fill in the fields.
Available fields are Segment and Description, where Segment is a unique ID and the other is the description of the market segment.
