Hotel Packages

You can define packages for Items, and these can be added to a Rate Code as Rate Attributes.

To set up a package

1. Click the icon, enter Hotel Package List, and select the relevant link.
2. Click the New action.
3. In the Hotel Package page, fill in the Package Code field, and add items to the package.
4. Enable the package by activating the Enable check box.

To add a package to a Rate

1. Click the icon, enter Rate Code List, and select the relevant link.
2. Select the Rate Code, and click the Manage action, then Edit, or create a new Rate Code by clicking the New action.
3. In the Rate Code page, the Rate Attribute section in the Rate Configuration FastTab, click the down arrow to create a new line, and, in the Type field, select Package.
4. Click in the No. field to see a list of all packages that you can select.
