This article covers the SynXis configuration and how you must configure BEC and SynXis. It is assumed that the user has a working knowledge of SynXis CRS https://integcert.synxis.com/

SynXis Hotel ID

The SynXis Hotel ID must be linked to the LS Central for hotels property in the Booking Channel Config page.

Room Types

The Room Types in SynXis must exist in the BEC Mapping table.

  • Enter the SynXis room type code in the Channel Mgt Value field in the BEC Mapping page.

Rate Configuration

The Rate Configuration in SynXis must exist in the BEC Mapping table.

  • Enter the SynXis rate configuration code in the Channel Mgt Value field in the BEC Mapping page.

Rates

The rates in SynXis are synced with BEC by using the Send Rates action in the BEC Rates page. The room types must be mapped in the BEC Mapping table.

Room Inventory

The Room Inventory in SynXis is synced with BEC by using the Send Inventory action in the BEC Inventory page. The room types must be mapped in the BEC Mapping table.

Stay Restrictions

The Stay Restrictions in SynXis is synced with BEC by using the Send Restrictions action in the BEC Restrictions page. The room types used must be mapped in the BEC Mapping table.

Reservation

The reservation sent from SynXis is first created in the BEC Reservation table before it is created in the Hotel Reservation table with the External Res. No set to the SynXis reservation number.
