    • LS Central pushes inventory, rates, and restrictions to SynXis.
    • This is event-driven, as required by SynXis; no job-pulling data is allowed.

    • LS Central pulls reservations from SiteMinder (every x minutes).
    • LS Central pushes inventory, rates, and restrictions to SiteMinder.

  • Channex

    • LS Central pulls reservations from Channex (every x minutes).

    • LS Central pushes inventory and rates to Channex.

SynXis

SynXis pushes the hotel reservations to LS Central for hotels. This requires the BEC Windows Service to be hosted on a web server (on the internet).

The user must have a valid certification (SSL, use TLS v1.2), and IP restrictions must be in place.

BEC communicates with SynXis using the HTNG release 10.17.0 message format.

SiteMinder

LS Central for hotels pulls the hotel reservations from SiteMinder every x minutes. Therefore, SiteMinder does not require the BEC Windows Service to be hosted on a web server.

BEC communicates with SiteMinder using their “pmsXchange v2” message format, which is based on OTA 2010A.

Channex

LS Central for hotels pulls reservations from Channex every x minutes, it also sends rates and inventory. Channex does not use the BEC Windows Service, instead LS Central for hotels talks directly with Channex. There is support for Channex webhooks for reservations.
