The BEC Mapping table maps values between BEC and Channel Management Systems.
The mapping types are:

| Rate | Required | Maps the BEC rate code with the Channel Management rate. (Not used for Channex) |
| Room | Required | Maps the BEC room type with the Channel Management room type. |
| Child Group | Optional | You can map the BEC Child Group against the SynXis age bucket. You must set the age range for each group the same in SynXis and BEC. Note: This works fine when booked at a website hosted by SynXis. Not all booking systems may support this. |
| Rate Currency | Optional | Use this type when not all rate codes for a Channel Management System should be converted to another currency. If all rate codes should be converted, use the currency in BEC Channel Config. |
