The Hotel Availability table is synced with the BEC Room Type Inventory table for each BEC Code or Property. This allows the system to keep track of the status of each record sent to the Channel Management System per property.
The table below lists actions in the BEC Room Type Inventory page and their description.

| Create Full Inventory | Copies the Hotel Room Availability for all room types to the BEC Room Type Inventory table. Sets all records that had SyncType=Full to Blocked. |
| Send Full Inventory | Sends all inventories with SyncType=Full to the Channel Management System. This should be done once a day. When hotel room availability changes, a record is inserted into BEC Inventory with SyncType=Delta. |
| Send Delta Inventory | Sends the Delta inventory (SyncType=Delta) to the Channel Management System. |
| BEC Process Status | Only records with the status Ready are processed. To rerun, set the BEC Process Status back to Ready. |
BEC Inventory supports Auto Send Inventory (for SynXis only). Any changes to hotel availability are sent to the Channel Management System (has SyncType=Delta).
For SynXis, you must activate the Auto Send Inventory check box:
