Sending KOT Status to Commerce Server

When customers create an order via Commerce Server, they can get the statuses from the kitchen to show in the web, an app, or in other projects.

To set up Commerce Server KOT status messaging

  1. Click the icon, enter POS Functionlity Profile List, and select the relevant link.
  2. Select the profile you want to use, or click a New to create a new one.
  3. Go to the LS Commerce Server FastTab.
  4. In the Service URI field, enter the service URI for your Commerce Server.
  5. Click the icon, enter Hospitality Setup, and select the relevant link.
  6. Go to the Delivery & Takeout FastTab.
  7. In the LS Commerce Func. Profile ID field, select the functionality profile you managed in the previous steps.
  8. Click the icon, enter Hospitality Service Flow List, and select the relevant link.
  9. Select the service flow you are using for delivery and takeout.
  10. Go to the KOT Status FastTab.
  11. Select the Send Commerce Message check box for all KOT statuses you want to send.
  12. In the Commerce Message field, enter the message you want to send for each KOT Status.
