Testing the Setup

To ensure there are no nasty surprises, we urge you to carry out comprehensive testing, regardless of time pressures. The system should be tested by people who understand both how end-users will use it and what mistakes they are likely to make when they do.

To test the setup and adjust it, you can copy the customer database to a new database or company. You would do the testing and adjust accordingly and update the customer database with the same adjustment.
