When the Replication Counter update is enabled, it can sometimes lead to table locking issues. However, since all the POS devices are online, there is no need to update the replication counter.
To skip the update of the replication counter, you need to assign a Distribution Location to the Retail Setup page. If you do not have one already, create a new Distribution Location. Then, follow these steps:
- Open the Distribution Location page in the Retail Setup.
- Enable the Skip Repl. Counter Update toggle on the Distribution Location page.
