LS Pay is an abstraction layer for simplifying the integration of payment services, a universal language translator for payment service providers (PSP).
LS Pay abstracts the usage of payment services so the different LS Retail solutions can implement one connection to LS Pay without having to code each API or terminal supported by a PSP. The complexity of maintaining connection and data mapping to the communication protocols varies between PSPs and will be encapsulated in LS Pay.

- Find the list of supported PSPs per country in the Country Availability page in the LS Retail Portal (login required).
If your customer's PSP is not listed under supported PSPs, you can send an inquiry to LS Retail to see if there is an interest to add the PSP into the LS Pay standard.
You make the inquiry by sending an email to LS Pay's Product Director. If the request is accepted, the implementation is done by our Consulting team under an SOW (Statement of Work), with short lead time (next available consultant). The implemented plugin becomes a default part of LS Pay, and LS Retail will waive the LS Pay license fees apart from BREP (Business Ready Enhancement Plan).
