Card Type handling, POS EFT

This field controls how the POS determines the Card Type of an EFT transaction.
Use Card No. Series: Tender Type Card No. Series setup is used to map from the PAN number (first digits) to a Card Type.
Use EFT: The Card Type value is passed unchanged from the EFT Service Provider into the Card Type field.
