Use Store Inventory, Store Inventory Setup

Here it is decided if to use the new Store Inventory functionality or not. If yes then Store Inventory worksheets are active otherwise InStore Management Worksheets. When set to yes, the user is asked if he or she wants to upgrade InStore management worksheets to Store Invenotry worksheets.
