The Store Group Setup table is used to assign store groups to a store. Each store can belong to more than one store group.
For store groups that are valid for the same store, you need to assign different levels, in order to tell the program which store group has the highest
priority when looking for store group based settings for a given store. The store group with the highest number level has the highest priority,
and is, therefore, the first store group selected.
