This field controls if record renaming is allowed for tables commonly used by LS Retail.
Renaming is risky when replicating data to a remote database since it can easily cause the databases
to go out of sync.
If a table is being replicated by Actions it can have an entry in the Table Distribution Setup table,
controlling how it should be distributed. If the table has an entry in the Table Distribution Setup
table it is not possible to rename records in that table, unless the Distribution Type has been set to No Distribution.
The Allow Renaming field blocks renaming even if there is no entry to the table in the Table Distribution
Setup table. This is useful when replicating by Preactions or replicating by Actions with no distribution
restrictions.
