Fiskaly Transactions

The Fiskaly Transactions page shows all store transactions along with their status and related details.

View Fiskaly transactions

  1. Click the icon, enter Fiskaly Setup, and select the relevant link.
  2. In the Fiskaly Setup page, click Transactions to open the Fiskaly Sales Transaction page.
Field Description
Store No. The store number where the transaction was processed.
POS Terminal No. The POS terminal that executed the transaction.
Transaction No. Number assigned to the registered transaction.
Receipt No. Receipt number generated for the transaction.
Fiskaly Transaction Number Number generated during the signing process.
Transaction ID ID returned by Fiskaly.
Fiskaly State Status from Fiskaly, such as Active or Finished.
Status Indicates the current processing stage: Pending, Completed, Error.
Document Amount Total amount of the transaction (sales or returns).
Cash Amount Amount paid in cash.
Error Text Displays error details if the transaction failed to upload.

Additionally, the page displays customer-related details such as:

Field Description
Transaction Type Type of transaction, such as Customer Payment or Customer Sales.
Customer No. Customer number, if the transaction is linked to a customer account.
Applies-to Store No. Store number of the related transaction.
Applies-to POS Terminal No. POS terminal number of the related transaction.
Applies-to Transaction No. Original transaction number that this record refers to.

Note: If the Upload Type in Fiskaly Setup for the store is set to Manual, the Fiskaly transaction number and related values are not generated automatically. You can either submit manually or automate the process using a job queue entry.

Additional Fields

Field Description
Income/Expense Amount Total amount from income and expense entries included in this transaction. Required for tips and other non-sale movements to be correctly reported under DSFinVK.
Non-Cash Amount The non-cash portion of the transaction total (e.g. card payments).
QR Code Data The Fiskaly-generated QR code printed on the fiscal receipt.
Requires Update Flagged by upgrade code. Resubmit using Update Active Fiskaly Transactions. Hidden by default.

Fiskaly State Values

Fiskaly State Description
ACTIVE The transaction has been opened in Fiskaly but not yet finalized.
CANCELLED The transaction was cancelled in Fiskaly.
FINISHED The transaction has been successfully signed and finalized in Fiskaly.
Transaction Type Description
Beleg Standard sales receipt.
AVTransfer Advance or transfer transaction.
AVBestellung Advance order.
AVTraining Training or test-mode transaction. Not included in fiscal totals.
AVBelegstorno Receipt cancellation (reversal of a prior Beleg).
AVBelegabbruch Receipt abort.
AVSachbezug Non-cash benefit.
AVSonstige Other advance transaction.
AVRechnung Invoice transaction.

Additional Actions

Action Description
Refresh Retrieves the current state of the selected transaction from Fiskaly and updates the Status and Fiskaly State fields.
Cancel Cancels an ACTIVE transaction in Fiskaly. This action cannot be undone.
View Request Displays the raw JSON payload sent to Fiskaly. Hidden by default. Personalise the page to make it visible.
Update Active Fiskaly Transactions Resubmits all ACTIVE transactions where Requires Update is true, including income and expense amounts. Hidden by default. Personalise the page to make it visible.

How to: Update Stuck Active Transactions

When a localization update is installed, upgrade code may set Requires Update to true on transactions that were submitted without income and expense amounts. These transactions remain ACTIVE in Fiskaly until resubmitted.

  1. Click the icon, enter Fiskaly Setup, and select the relevant link.
  2. On the Fiskaly Setup page, choose Transactions.
  3. On the action bar, personalise the page to make Update Active Fiskaly Transactions visible.
  4. Optionally apply filters for Store No. or POS Terminal No. to limit scope.
  5. Choose Update Active Fiskaly Transactions. A request page opens.
  6. Set any additional filters, then choose OK.
  7. The report processes all transactions where Fiskaly State is ACTIVE and Requires Update is true. For each entry it submits updated income/expense amounts, sets Fiskaly State to FINISHED, and clears Requires Update.
  8. Verify that Fiskaly State shows FINISHED for the processed entries.

Note: After updating active transactions, run Recreate Cash Point Closing for any Cash Point Closings that also have Requires Update set. See Cash Point Closings.
