How to: Set Up a New POS Terminal for Fiskaly
The POS Terminal Card in LS Central DE includes two additional FastTabs that must be configured before a terminal can submit transactions to Fiskaly: Sign DE V2 and DSFinV-K. Both must be completed in sequence when setting up a new terminal.
Sign DE V2 FastTab
The Sign DE V2 FastTab shows the Fiskaly Client List for this terminal. Each row represents a registered Fiskaly client: the combination of a TSS and a Client ID assigned to this terminal. For step-by-step procedures, see Fiskaly SIGN DE V2.
Fields
| Field | Description |
| POS Terminal No. | The terminal identifier. |
| Store ID | The store this client belongs to. |
| TSS ID | The TSS assigned to this client. |
| Client ID | The Fiskaly-assigned Client ID for this terminal. |
| Serial No. | Serial number returned by Fiskaly for this client. |
| Client State | Current registration state: REGISTERED or DEREGISTERED. |
| Tss State | Current state of the associated TSS. |
| Error Text | Any error returned by Fiskaly for this client. |
Actions
| Action | Description |
| Generate Client ID | Creates a new Client ID and registers it with Fiskaly. Use when setting up a new terminal. |
| Deregister Client | Deregisters the selected client from Fiskaly. |
| Register Client | Re-registers a deregistered client. Available only when Tss State is INITIALIZED. |
| Refresh Client | Retrieves the current Client State and TSS State from Fiskaly and updates the record. |

How to: Set Up a New POS Terminal for Fiskaly
Complete these steps in order. DSFinVK registration requires a registered Fiskaly Client from step 3.
- Ensure a TSS exists for the store with State INITIALIZED. See Fiskaly TSS Setup.
- Open the POS Terminal Card for the terminal.
- On the Sign DE V2 FastTab, choose Generate Client ID. LS Central creates a new Client ID and registers it with Fiskaly.
- Verify that Client State shows REGISTERED. If an error appears in Error Text, resolve it before continuing.
- On the DSFinV-K FastTab, complete the cash register fields and register the terminal. See How to: Register a Cash Register.
