PLB Setup
The PLB Setup page is where you turn on Product Level Blocking and configure the connection to the Australian Government's Central Platform. Complete this setup before you process CDC sales at the POS.
- Click the
icon, enter PLB Setup, and select the relevant link. - On the General FastTab, complete the fields described below.
- Turn on the Enable PLB toggle.
- Choose Test connection to verify the Central Platform credentials. A confirmation message is displayed when the connection succeeds.
Fields
| Field | Description |

| Enable PLB | Activates Product Level Blocking. When disabled, the POS does not flag restricted items and the Restricted Items Flag sent to the PED is always False. Transaction data is still uploaded if Central Platform connectivity is configured. |
| Authentication URL | The token endpoint used to obtain an authentication token from the Central Platform. |
| Client ID | The client identifier provided by the Central Platform. |
| Client Secret | The client secret paired with the Client ID. Treat this value as confidential. |
| Resource | The resource scope requested when generating the authentication token. |
| API URL | The Central Platform endpoint that receives the Transaction Data Upload payload. |
