The Activities FastTab contains all activities belonging to the reservation. Depending on the reservation type, the activities can be appointments, rentals, events and participants. The reservation type filters what activities the user can assign to the reservation.
Actions on the Activities FastTab:

| Open Activity Card | Opens the current activity line in single record card mode. |
| View Availability | Use to search for availability for the product, and for date and time in the current line. |
| Edit Resources | Opens the Resource assignment list for the current line and allows the user to edit assignments. The Resource Reservation list editing options: Assign Resource: The user can assign new resource to the existing reservation line. A list of available resources are presented to the user. Add Resource: The user can add resource in the same resource group as the selected resource reservation line. Note: For quantity based resources the No. of Resources quantity is increased, but for other additional resources, then a new line is inserted. Note: This depends on availability of the related resource. Remove Resource: The user can remove resource assignment on the selected reservation line. Reserve Resources: The user can reserve the resources assigned on the activity. Release Resources: The user can release all reserved resources on the activity. Assign Preference: The user can assign Resource Preference for the related client and the related product. Resource Status: The user can view the resource status for the related resource group. Adjustments: The user can decide to either add or remove pre and/or post times assigned to the related resource reservation line. Note that the actual time settings are set on the products resources required setup. |

| Edit Additional Charges | Edit the related additional charges. Also accessible with drilldown action from the "Additional charge" field in the activity line. |
| Edit Task Schedule | Edit the related activity task schedule which will trigger creation of tasks at confirmation (or manually). Also accessible with drilldown action from the Tasks field on the activity line. |
| Edit Rental Units | Assign or return rental units related to the activity. Only shown if the product is a rental product. Also accessible with a drilldown action from the rental units field on the activity line. |
| View Matrix | Opens the availability matrix on the related activity/reservation date. Note: that any activities booked in the matrix will be assigned to the current reservation. |
| View Availability | Shows the availability list for the related activity product. Note the same action can be accessed from multiple fields, that is Set Time, Time Fromand Date From fields, and any chosen availability date/time is assigned to the current activity line. |
| Status | The Status menu provides short cut actions to confirm or to cancel the selected activity line. The user can also Confirm ALL or Cancel ALL lines from this section. To get list of all available status changes, select the Change Status action. |
Tip: When you are entering the Product No. in the activity lines, you can use the standard lookup process to the activity product list to search for activity product to assign to the activity lines. Use the standard BC multi-selection approach to search for and select multiple products and assign them simultaneously to the activity lines.
