In the Replen. Control Data List, you can use the Copy Item Distribution action to copy the Item Distribution records from a source item to multiple destination items.

To copy Item Distribution to multiple items

  1. Click the icon, enter Replen. Control Data List, and select the relevant link.
  2. In the Replen. Control Data List, you have the option to mark or filter on specific items, to select them as the destination items for copying the item distribution.
  3. Select an item from the Items FastTab to be the source item to copy the item distribution from.
  4. Click Process - Copy Item Distribution. The Copy Item Distribution report opens.
  5. Fill in the below options in the report:

    Copy from Item No. This field specifies the Item No. of the source item to copy the item distribution from. The default value is the selected item in the Replen. Control Data List.
    Copy to This option specifies the destination item scope for copying the item distribution. The option is set based on the item filtering or marking action in the Replen. Control Data List.

    If there are marked items in the Replen. Control Data List, they will be selected as the destination items. If there are no marked items but filters are applied in the list, the filtered items will be selected. If there are no marked items nor filtered items, you need to specify the destination items under the Filter: Item FastTab in the report.

    You can always change the option manually. The available options are:

    • Marked Items - Marked items in the Replen. Control Data List will be updated.
    • Filtered Items - Filtered items in the Replen. Control Data List will be updated.
    • Specific Items - Items specified under the Filter: Item FastTab in the report will be updated.
    Overwrite Existing This field specifies whether to delete all the item distribution of the destination items before copying the item distribution from the source item.
  6. Click OK to proceed.
