Delete data from linked table failed in Extension tables.

Fixed tinyint data from LS One that was treated as boolean value.
CFront Integer value
Fixed issue when integer value in decimal field.
Add Monitor Collection plugins for LS Central Prefix
LS Central 17.4 and later has a new database structure where all LS tables have an LSC prefix. New Monitor Collection plugins will generate jobs for those tables.
TCPProtocol setting
New setting in DD Configuration file that can be used to set the SSL Protocol type for TCPS Mode. This is experimental value and is only available in the lsretail.config file, does not show up in Configuration tool.
Cloud Replication Counter Job
Running Normal job with Replication Counter against Cloud Source location only pulled first and last record.
