How to: Pick and Create a Transfer Out

1. Click the icon, enter Retail Picking List, and select the relevant link.
2. Click the New action to create a new Picking document, or open an existing one. The Retail Picking page opens.
3. In the Picking field, select the Transfer Out (create) document type.
4. Enter Location Code or use the Look up in the Reference No. field. Select the Location that you are going to Transfer to.
   Note: Transfer route must exist for the Transfer-from Code - Transfer-to Code. You can set the route in the Transfer Routes page.
5. Scan Item Bar codes or enter Item numbers and Quantity picked.
   Tip: You can also send picking information from the Mobile Inventory app.
6. When you have entered all Items and Quantities, click the Confirm action. The Status field is updated to OK.
7. Click the Post action to create and post the Transfer Order Shipment.
