How to: View Previous PSD List and Details

1. Open the Customer Identification panel, and identify the customer.
2. Click in the PSD List.
3. Filter the list, and press OK.
4. A list of previous PSDs is retrieved. Select one.
5. Click the PSD Details action to retrieve the details for the selected PSD.
