To create Strength Units

  1. Click the icon, enter Strength Unit of Measure, and select the relevant link.

  2. Click the New action, and fill in the fields:

    Field Description
    Code Here you select the code for the Strength Unit of Measure. If the code does not exist, create a new one (click the Down arrow and then click New at the bottom of the pop-up window).
    Description The description appears automatically after you select the code.
    Short Description Here you can add a short description of the code

To create Strength Groups

  1. Click the icon, enter Strength Groups, and select the relevant link.
  2. Click the New action, and fill in the fields:
    FieldDescription
    CodeHere you specify a name for the Strength Group code.
    DescriptionHere you enter a description of the Strength Group code.

To create a Drug Form

  1. Click the icon, enter Drug Form, and select the relevant link.
  2. Click the New action, and fill in the fields:
    FieldDescription
    CodeHere you specify a name for the Drug Form code.
    DescriptionHere you enter a description of the Drug Form code.

To create a Drug Form Group

  1. Click the icon, enter Drug Form Group, and select the relevant link.
  2. Click the New action, and fill in the fields:

    CodeHere you specify a name for the Drug Form Group code.
    DescriptionHere you enter a description of the Drug Form Group code.
