Assign

Used to create a preparation station that can manually pick which station it should bump to. It assigns the active item line to a station in the next station group

Opens a pop-up panel with a list of all display stations belonging to the next station group. Assigns the active item line to a display station in the list.

Bump

Active item or order is bumped to the next station group. This removes the item/order from the station it was bumped on.

Expeditor:

  • Active order is bumped, items on preparation stations disappear if they have not been bumped yet

The custom operation is used to run customized code when pressing a button.

 

Name of the function, in the customized code, to be called.

On a preparation station if the selected item has instructions, a pop-up panel with the preparation instructions is shown.

Navigates the active item line or order to the next line or order.

Expeditor:

  • Navigates the active order to the next order.

Print and Bump Item

Prints a ticket for the selected item line. This can be used for labeling packaging.

Name of the Layout to be printed.

Default: Item

Print and Bump Order

Prints the whole order for an active order ticket or item line and bumps it from the display station. This can be used to get an overview of the whole order.

Print Item

Prints a ticket for the selected item line. This can be used for labeling packaging.

Print Order

Prints the whole order including all items for the selected order ticket or item line. This can be used to get an overview of the whole order.

Recall

Recalls an item or order that was previously bumped.

Expeditor:

  • Recalls the last bumped order on the display station.

Preparation station:

  • Recalls the last bumped item line on the display station.

Reload Screen

Refreshes the webpage.

Rush Order

Rushes the selected order by moving it to the top of the page. The order and items belonging to that order get a rushed status style.

Expeditor:

Rushes the active order by moving it to the top of the order list. The order gets a Rushed status style.

Preparation station:

Rushes the active order of the active item line. Moves the order to the top of the order list and items belonging to the order get the Rushed status style.

Show on CFD

Used on the Expeditor station to show the selected order as ready on the CFD without being bumped from the Expeditor. Then the order can be displayed on the expeditor until it has been picked up by the customer.

Start

Used to show that the cooking time of an item has started. Both the item and the order get the Started status style.

Expeditor:

  • Starts the cooking time of the active order, the order gets the Started status style.

Preparation station:

  • Starts the cooking time of the active item line, the item gets the Started status style.

Transfer

Transfers the active item line to another display station.

Opens a pop-up panel with a list of stations in the station group. Transfers the selected item line to the selected display station if the item is also routed on that station.

Turn Station On/Off

Turns a display station on or off. If a station is not empty and belongs to a station group with other active stations, the items re-route to another display station. This operation can be used when using automatic load balancing between multiple stations. Then stations can be turned off given that there is another station in the group that get the new orders.

Undo

Undo the last bumped item or order on the display station. Undoing a bump will undo the status change of the order on following screens.

Opens a pop-up panel with a list of all item or orders previously bumped on the display station. Select an item or order to undo.
