Hospitality Type Restrictions

There are several actions in the POS that have restrictions that are set for the active hospitality type.

POS Action Hospitality Type Restrictions
Increasing the quantity of an item with modifiers sent to kitchen.

Increasing the quantity of a modifier sent to kitchen.

Changing Item with Modifiers Sent to Kitchen

The options are: 

  • Not Allowed
  • Manager Required with or without confirmation
  • Confirmation required
  • Confirmation for non-manager required
  • Allowed.
Reducing the quantity of an item or a modifier sent to kitchen. Reducing Qty. of Item Sent to Kitchen

The options are: 

  • Not Allowed
  • Manager Required with or without confirmation
  • Confirmation required
  • Confirmation for non-manager required
  • Allowed.
Voiding items sent to kitchen. Voiding Items Sent to Kitchen

The options are: 

  • Not Allowed
  • Manager Required with or without confirmation
  • Confirmation required
  • Confirmation for non-manager required
  • Allowed.
Voiding a transaction sent to kitchen. Voiding Transaction Sent to Kitchen
