This field shows whether the retail item or the barcode number in the transaction entry was on file
in the store's database at the time the transaction was replicated from the POS terminal.
The program fills in this field automatically in one of the following ways:
If the item number in the Item table in the store's database,
and the item is not blocked, it selects the option Item on File.
If the item is Blocked it selects the option Item Blocked.
When the statement is calculated, the No. of Blocked Items field counts the statement transactions with this transaction
code.
If the item does not exist in the Item table, it selects the option Item/Barcode Not On File.
