This field contains the estimated time in minutes that should pass from the moment a KOT becomes ready to be bumped on the station until it is bumped.
This applies to a secondary expeditor or an expeditor station that has its own ticket time estimation, rather than a time estimation based on the production time of the items in the KOT.
The system uses this setting in the KDS reporting.
