This field contains the ID of the POS Menu Profile that is switched to when opening the Sales POS directly in Start mode with the HOSP-OPEN-POS-DIR command.
This command is used to access cash and safe management, returns and other actions creating transactions without a dining table (no item sales allowed in this mode). Once you exit the Sales POS, the system reverts back to the original POS Menu Profile.
If you design menu profiles for hospitality with Start Menu and Sales Menu as different menus (recommended), you don't need to fill in this field. If you want the Sales POS to open in Sales Mode, you simply select Sales in the Sales POS Opening Mode field. Then you design your Start Menu as is appropriate and this menu opens up when you press a button with the HOSP-OPEN-POS-DIR command.
