Another Method to Confirm, Pick, Approve, and Finish an Order

If you are on the Edit Prescription Order Line page and press ESC on the keyboard or Close at the right bottom, you come to the Prescription Order page. Here, you can also confirm, pick, and approve the lines in the order, as well as finish the order.

1. To confirm the line, click Confirm on the Home action menu. A confirmation window appears, click Yes.

   

2. The status of the order now changes from New to Reserved.

3. To pick the line, click Pick on the Home action menu bar. A confirmation window appears, click Yes.

   

4. The order status is now Reserved and Picked:

   

5. The final step is to finish the order: click Finish Order on the Home menu. A confirmation window opens, click Yes.

   

6. When the order has been finished, the order is moved to Prescription Orders and labels are printed. Now the order is ready to be paid and delivered at the POS.
