How to: Credit Dispense-Related Invoices

To credit posted invoices created in the dispensing process, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the Dispenser Role Center.
  2. Click Posted Entries and then Dispense.
  3. Select the Invoice you want to credit.
  4. Click the Create Credit Invoice action.

Note: This process creates a Retail Posted Sales Credit Memo and a Dispense Posted Order with Entry Type = Credit, matching the respective invoice entries.
