Dispense Sheet
The Dispense Sheet is available through the Dispenser Role Center. It allows users to create, view, and process Dispense Production Orders.
These orders are generated from confirmed Dispense Orders and represent the actual batches of medicines that need to be prepared, packaged, and delivered for a specific period.
From the Dispense Sheet page, you can take the following actions:
- Create Orders - Creates production orders for all confirmed dispense orders that are due within the selected date range, for the selected Delivery Location.
- Process Batch - Performs all steps defined in the Process Sequence FastTab of the Dispense Setup.
- Post & Create Invoices - Use this action to complete the dispensing process by creating and, if configured, posting the related Sales invoices. The invoices are posted only if the Invoicing field in Dispense Setup is set to a value other than None. The process moves the Dispense Production Order to a Posted Dispense Order.
- Stock Summary – Get an overview of stock related information.
- Print Label – Prints the labels associated with the production orders.
- Print Check Report – Prints a check report containing detailed information about production orders.
- Delivery List – Prints the delivery list report.
- Delivery List (Home) - Prints the delivery list report on those that are assigned as home delivery.
- Send to Dispense Robots – Generates and downloads a file that dispensing robots can use to automatically pick medicines.
