How to: Link Items to and ISO Combination

1. Navigate to the ISO and 4th Step Combinations.
2. Select or enter the ISO code and 4th Step combination.
3. Go to Actions and click Select Items to Link to link it to a combination.
4. Select the item(s) to link and press OK.

ISO and 4th Step Combinations fields explanation:

Field	Description
ISO Code	The ISO Code represents the main classification of the assistive equipment.
4th Step Code	The 4th Step Code further specifies the entitlement level, quantity, or reimbursement rule within an ISO category.
Description	Each ISO Code corresponds to a standardized equipment category defined by Iceland Health Insurance, such as mobility aids, medical devices, or treatment‑specific equipment.
4th Step Description	Description of the 4th Step as received from IHI.
No. of Linked Items	Number of linked Items associated with one specific combination and list view.
