Most prescription orders of the type Animal are paper prescriptions. Note: This may not apply to all countries.
To create an Animal Prescription Order
- Select New Animal Order on the Customer Service page, the Home action menu.
- Enter additional information about the animal in the Type of Animal, Animal ID, and Animal name fields.
- The rest of the order is treated the same way as a Paper Prescription Order.
