When you choose Europe, the Planet Tax Setup page displays the configuration fields required for LS Central to connect to Planet’s Tax Free service in European countries.
Use this setup to enter your merchant information, VAT details, minimum thresholds, and the service URLs provided by Planet.

| Merchant Id | Specifies the store identifier. The value can be customized by the merchant, but it cannot begin with a leading zero. |
| VAT Number | Specifies the merchant's VAT registration number. |
| Country Code | Specifies the ISO 3166-1 numeric code of the store's country. |
| Activation Code | Specifies the string provided by Planet during setup. It is used to generate the transaction security hash. |
| Country Threshold | Specifies the minimum purchase amount required for a sale to qualify for Tax Free in the format 0.00. For consolidated purchases, the total of all receipts must meet the threshold. |
| Tax Free Issue Start Date | Specifies the earliest purchase date that is eligible for issuing a Tax Free form. |
| Tax Free Issue End Date | Specifies the last purchase date that is eligible for issuing a Tax Free form. |
| Silent Mode | In a silent store, silent mode is automatically active. When enabled, the customer is not prompted for shopper details during the Tax Free process. |
| Max Voucher Print Count | Specifies the maximum number of times a Tax Free voucher can be printed. |
| Debug Mode | Specifies whether debug mode is active. |
| Bin Eligibility | Specifies whether the automatic eligibility check using BIN is enabled. |
| Confirm Eligibility | Specifies whether the user must manually confirm eligibility for Tax Free. When enabled, a prompt will appear asking whether a Tax Free request should be sent. When disabled, the request is sent automatically for eligible shoppers. |
| Print Standard Sales Slip | Specifies whether a standard sales slip is printed together with the Tax Free voucher. |
| Auto-Open Planet URL | Specifies whether the URL returned by Planet is automatically opened. |
| HWS Url | Specifies the URL for the Hardware Station Service. |
| WSS URL | Specifies the WebSocket service endpoint used to communicate with Planet Tax Free services. |
Additional functionality
To access additional functionality, select Action > Processing.

| GetStoreConfig | Manually triggers a GetStoreConfig request to Planet. This updates the Country Threshold, Tax Free Issue Start Date and Tax Free Issue End Date based on Planet’s configuration. |
| Get Log Entries | Displays a log of the requests sent to and responses received from Planet. |
