How to generate new TSS
Each store must have at least one TSS and one Client ID to begin recording fiscal transactions.
Tip: If you have multiple POS devices, it is recommended to create multiple TSS IDs.
To create a TSS ID:
- Click the
icon, enter Store List, and select the relevant link. - In the Fiskaly TSS Setup FastTab, click Generate New TSS to start the process.
- After generating the TSS ID, make sure the State field shows INITIALIZED.

How to disable TSS
To disable the TSS ID and the related client, follow these steps:
- In the Fiskaly TSS Setup FastTab, click the Disable TSS action.
- Select Yes to confirm. Note: This action cannot be undone once confirmed.
- The status changes from INITIALIZED to DISABLED.
- This action also sets the related clients on the POS Terminal to Deregistered.
- Both entities are updated on the Fiskaly dashboard.
