i-Seal - Print Seal No.

Use the Print Seal No. toggle on the POS Functionality Profile to control whether the seal number is printed on the sales receipt.

1. Click the icon, enter POS Functionality Profile, and select the relevant link.
2. On the POS Functionality Profile Card, enable the Print Seal No. toggle so the seal number prints on the sales receipt.

   

3. When a sales transaction is posted, the sales slip footer includes the Seal No. line.

   

4. When the Print Seal No. toggle is turned off, the seal number is not printed on the sales receipt.

   

   The seal number is still generated and recorded as a Seal Transaction entry, regardless of this setting.

   

Note: The Print Seal No. toggle controls only the sales slip footer. Return receipts do not include a Seal No. line. The X/Z report prints the Last Seal No. Used independently of this toggle — see i-Seal - X/Z Report.
